Over 28 days you would theoretically reach 48k rep, 6k over the requirement for exalted. This assumes the same rates for rep games as for the 21 day. Therefore, even if you are unlucky, you will be able to gain a 355 ilvl azerite piece and +60 ilvls to your artifact before mythic raiding. Players who obtain Contract: Rustbolt Resistance will be rewarded with 10 bonus reputation with the faction when they are completing world quests in either Kul Tiras or Zandalar. The only requirement for contract use is to be friendly with the faction you are choosing the contract for. There is a Contract available for the Tortollan Seekers called Contract: Tortollan Seekers, and you can use this to get 10 reputation each time you complete a World Quest, even if it's not related to this faction at all.
