The easiest way to include OxyPlot in you application is by using the Nuget package manager in Visual Studio. Open op Visual Studio and start with creating a new WPF project. Choose a name and a location and hit ‘OK’. In my own experience, I found LiveCharts to be more MVVM-friendly than OxyPlot (in the latest version, you apparently can't use dynamic resources).
